Claim to fame: I have two. I was crowned Miss Wales in 2003 and was a contestant in the Big Brother house in 2006.
Your ambition: I really want to succeed in both the worlds of glamour modelling and TV presenting but my real dream is to have my own business back home in Wales – not sure what it would be but something property related.

Likes: I love Dolce & Gabbana dresses, high heels and really expensive silk lingerie!
Dislikes: Pushy men!
Favourite place in the world: I am in Miami at the moment at The Delano Hotel en route to The Ocean Club in The Bahamas where Casino Royale was filmed….this would rate as a pretty special place. I also did a photo shoot recently in Abu Dhabi and that was awesome.
What do you go for in a man: Charm, personality, intelligence and above all good manners.
Famous boyfriends/dates: Simon Webbe, Antony Costa, Russell Brand to name a few.
Favourite sport: I am a gym bunny but when I have the time I love horse riding.
Favourite night club/bar: In London I like Boujis, Funky Buddha & Embassy and in Cardiff I was at Oceana recently which is really cool.
Favourite music: Banging house music!
Tell us something nobody else knows about you: I went to the famous Ivy restaurant in London recently with my manager Conor Nolan (he also looks after Holly Valance) and we were seated opposite Hugh Grant – he winked at me half way through the meal!
Rudest thing you've ever done: I am not saying but I do like Ann Summers!
Most embarrassing moment: Too numerous to list here but all the usual ones.
Advice to anyone trying to chat you up: If you are polite, I won’t bite.
