Signed to star in films The Road to Xibalba, The Storm, and Swansea Rose and busy transforming Miss Great Britain into a 21st Century show

Deceitful people, laziness, eating too much, hangovers

Favourite place in the world:
My bed! As well, I love the Maldives where I went for my 30th birthday, such a beautiful and wonderful place. But the Gower can be the prettiest place in the world when the sun is shining

What do you look for in a man:
Passion, power, a great conversationalist and comedian. I dated a sportsman in the last few years and he never wanted to touch me, it was really strange and such a turn off. I need a man to want me and always be tactile

Favourite Sport:
Rugby of course, I am Welsh!

Favourite night club/bar:
London bars like Jewel and Jalouse. I recently popped into Oceana, in Swansea, which was a blast!

Favourite music:
Ibiza tunes and world music

Most embarrassing moment:
If you Google me you can see a clip from seven years ago when I am selling a massage chair on a shopping channel. I didn’t realise viewers could glimpse my knickers. It’s quite funny! I used to cringe; now I just laugh

Tell us something nobody else knows about you:
I am terrified of heights and have decided it’s time to confront it. Next summer, I have signed up to skydive for Maggie’s, which runs cancer caring centres and is building its next in Swansea.
